My soon-to-be-eight-year-old daughter just came in here and asked me to book her a pedicure on Saturday before her birthday party because, she said, "My toes are really ugly."
Posted by beth at March 8, 2004 07:53 PMYou have to nip this in the bud!
Kids today start getting poor toe-image at an early age from watching all those airbrushed bare feet on T.V. Before you know it, she'll be asking for a pair of low cut 'wonder pumps' to enhance her toe cleavage. From there it is only a short stroll to colegen injections to smooth out her instep, or even a full-blown 'foot-lift'! Stop the insanity!!!
