I Was Wondering the Same Thing

The Official U.S. population estimate is 294,686,336
Subtract from that about 100 million minors, non-citizens, and felons. Then subtract everybody who voted (What, about 113 million?).
The remaining 82 million who could have registered and voted are the dumb ones. They didn't give a rats behind what happened. At least those who voted the wrong way (from my viewpoint) had an opinion and voted based on it.
