Come on People!

OK, have I ever asked any of you (except maybe Chuck) for anything?

No.

And now I've asked you for something and not even something for me personally. Something that will benefit thousands of women and in turn their families and friends.

And have you come through?

With the exception of my close personal friends, the Treppenwitz', I'll have to say no.

Have I said how disappointed I am? Well I'm really disappointed.

And did I offer incentive? Yes.

For a measly $100 contribution you will get your very own boobie pic to use as you see fit--wallpaper, marital aid, whatever. And I realize that $100 is a lot for many of you, but hey, $5.00? You spend that at the Evil Empire daily.

Here's the deal....I'm $225 short of the halfway point of my goal of $2000 for the Avon Breast Cancer Walk. I would like very much to reach that goal by this weekend.

A word to the wise, people: I've seen Beth's boobies; they're well worth the $100 to get a picture of them.

(And if price is a concern, keep in mind that you're really only paying $50 per boobie. Such a deal!)

As soon as I get my bank account up again (crazy stuff, don't ask) I am donating, but it won't be until my next payday. I hope that won't be too late.

Had I $100 to give I would (and I wouldn't even need the boobie picture), but I think I can donate $10 next week.

To avoid complications with the Mrs. I elected to keep my donation below the 'boobie threshhold'. However, if you wanted to send me a snap of your elbow, or perhaps a well-turned ankle, I don't think I'll get smacked in the head with anything too heavy.

At last, we pull ourselves to donate towards your macho chick efforts and in honor of our friend Lisa Martz, who died in 2003 at the age of 39.

Lisa was Molly's soccer coach and Girl Scout Leader for three years. We loved her dearly and will never recover completely from losing her.
